The Ambohibary Public Primary School (EPP), located in the rural commune of Ampitatafika, recently acquired modern and spacious facilities to promote quality education for the local children.
The school's teaching conditions have long been difficult for both teachers and students. The new facility will provide a more conducive learning environment, thus improving the village children's chances of success.
The project was made possible through the collaboration of a donor with whom the Madagascar Development Fund (MDF) has already carried out more than sixty community projects. The goal is to provide Ambohibary EPP students with the best possible conditions for academic success.
Thanks to the combined efforts and kindness of the Adsum Foundation and their partner, the McCarthy family, this school now has a new building with three classrooms, including one for preschool, all equipped with school furniture worth 134,566,330 Ariary. With this funding, a three-compartment latrine block was also installed. Educational toys, teaching manuals, and school kits valued at 5,022,655 Ariary were also distributed to the school's students.
We are convinced that these new infrastructures will strengthen the quality of education provided to the 140 students of EPP Ambohibary and that of future generations.
